Gifting Options

1. You can choose a class from the schedule, register your recipient, and email us to let us know it's a gift. We will send you a gift certificate filled out with that information that you can print and wrap, or simply send via email.

2. You can purchase a gift certificate for the amount of the class you'd like to gift, and let your recipient choose the date they would like to attend from classes that have space available. 

3. You can purchase a gift certificate for any amount you'd like, and let your recipient decide how to use it.

4. You can email us with a specific idea, and we can work with you to customize a class or plan a private lesson.

If they are new to sewing, our most popular class is our Beginner Sewing: Tote Bag Class. This three hour class takes new sewists from zero experience to completing a project in one class. We spend an hour on the basics of operating a sewing machine. Then we cut out and make a useful tote bag to take home.

No. Sewing machines, shears, iron, pins, and other sewing supplies are provided in the classroom. Our goal is to provide the opportunity to try sewing before committing to hundreds of dollars in machines and supplies. If they do have a machine they would like to learn on, they are welcome to bring it. 

Our classes are small. Our maximum class size is only four people. That allows for personal attention, and hands on instruction. This is not a lecture class with 20 students trying to keep up. This is a hands on, active class.
